1) Very well versed with all aspects of tender business, with excellent communication and net-working skills

2) Capacity to plan / strategize penetration into targeted client segments / area, having successfully handled such  institutional sales

3) A Team Leader for minimum 3 years, with proven track record, being target oriented

4) Pan-India working exposure, with focused working in Central India, calling for extensive travelling

Age - 35 - 45 years

1) Male
2) Multi-Unit functioning of diversified Group 
3) Creative, Proactive
4) Computer savvy
5) Deg. In Law / Dip. In Labour Law will be preferred
6) Exposure to entire HR functions
7) Min. 3-5 years exposure to SME working
8) Capable of understanding special requirements of each Group Unit
9) Proven soft skills, Team player with target orientation
10) Past exposure to IR related issues
11) A team player with target orientation

Job Profile - 

Responsible for HR functions of diversified Group Units
1) Ensure statutory compliance of related to labour laws
2) Formulate a Uniform HR Policy for the entire Group and implement at all Group Units
3) Assess training needs and organize trainings for Senior Staff members at Corporate level
4) Improve emplyee engagement creatively and effectively
5) Facilitate potential / performance appraisals
